We do not collect payment card or other payment instrument data. The Service does not process purchases through SplitPoll at this time.

To protect voting integrity, detect abuse, and limit duplicate or automated voting, we may derive and store technical fingerprints associated with votes or sessions (for example, browser or device signals combined in a hashed or pseudonymous form).
We may also process IP addresses in a hashed or truncated form (or otherwise minimize raw retention) for security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, and approximate location at a coarse level where needed. We do not use IP addresses for targeted advertising on behalf of third-party advertisers through SplitPoll.

During the beta period, SplitPoll operates approximately one hundred fifty (150) automated accounts (“beta bots”) that may vote and comment on content to simulate activity, test features, and improve the product.

Beta bot data is intended to be removed at live launch as described in Section 3.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
